Important: The GI Score is a helper tool - it does not replace a vet visit. At any concerning change, go to the vet. It's better to go one time too many than too late.

Temperature

Normal rabbit temperature is 38.5–39.5°C (101.3–103.1°F). Below 37.5°C or above 40°C requires immediate action.

Vet Visits

Track all vet visits: scheduled, completed, and cancelled. Each visit can have photos, vet notes, cost, and disease links.

Visit types

How to add a visit

  1. Tap "Visit" on the Today tab or "+ Visit" in the rabbit profile
  2. Choose the visit type
  3. Set date, time, and vet
  4. Add notes, document photos, cost
  5. Optionally: set recurring visits (every 3, 6, or 12 months)

  1. Tap "Med" on the Today tab or "+ Add" in the rabbit's Meds section
  2. Enter the medication name and dose (e.g. "Rubenal", "1 tablet")
  3. Choose how many times per day (1–12x)

Marking doses

On the Today tab under "Meds today", you'll see all doses to give. Tap the checkbox next to a dose to mark it as given.

Dependencies: If a medication must be given after another (e.g. "2h after Pyralgina"), the app will show this in the schedule and send reminders at the right time.

Weight Tracking

Regular weighing helps detect health problems early. A 10% weight loss can indicate illness.

How to add a measurement

  1. Go to the Rabbits tab → Overview section
  2. Tap "+ Weigh" next to the Weight section
  3. Enter weight in grams and date
  4. Tap "Save"

In the Trends section you'll see a weight chart over time (7, 30, 90 days or all time). The app also shows whether the weight is within, above, or below the target range.

How to add a vaccination

  1. In the rabbit profile, Health section → Vaccines
  2. Tap "Add vaccines"
  3. Choose a template (Myxomatosis, RHD-1, RHD-2, or combo) or enter a custom name
  4. Set the interval (e.g. every 180 days) - the app calculates the next dose date

Reminders: The app sends a notification before the vaccination due date (if enabled in settings).

Post-op Monitoring

After a procedure (neutering, dental surgery, etc.) you can activate monitoring mode. Every day you log your rabbit's condition in a simple form.

How to activate

  1. In the rabbit profile → Health section → Monitoring
  2. Tap "+ Activate"
  3. Choose mode: post-op (wound, eating, droppings, urine, belly, behavior) or observation (no wound)
  4. Set the monitoring period (e.g. 14 days)

Daily log

Each day you fill a quick form: wound condition, eating, drinking, droppings, behavior. You can add a wound photo and notes.

Alert: If you mark the wound as "Alarm" or too many parameters are concerning, the app displays a warning - contact your vet.

FAQ

GI stasis (gastrointestinal stasis) is the most common and dangerous condition in rabbits. The intestines stop working and a rabbit can die within 24 hours. Catching early signs - decreased appetite, fewer droppings, less activity - gives you a chance to react quickly. That's why Królicznik exists: 2 minutes a day can save a life.

Ideally every day - in the morning, during feeding. It literally takes 2 minutes. Regular monitoring builds a habit and lets you spot changes quickly. The app keeps you motivated with streaks and badges for consistency.

All data is stored locally on your device - nothing is sent to any server. You can additionally export data to a JSON file as a backup. Pro users can enable encrypted cloud backup.

Your first rabbit is free, with all health features and no ads. Premium (from 10.99 PLN/month) unlocks more rabbits. Pro (from 14.99 PLN/month) adds AI scanning and cloud backup.

Two ways: (1) Export data to a JSON file (More → Export) and import on the new device, or (2) use cloud backup (Pro) - sign in with the same account on the new phone.

iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app is identical on both platforms.
